Great food, teacher, and value!

I signed up for Athicha's class here on Vayable looking to branch out from my standard cooking and learn some Thai food. The dishes are quite achievable (I've made several variations at home already) and Athicha shows the whole process from recipe selection to ingredient shopping to actual cooking. We also got to eat the food at the end! Athicha will also make sure you actually learn the techniques (cutting, folding dumplings, etc) by ensuring you actually try it out during the class.

A friendly, knowledgeable teacher

I had the pleasure of meeting Athicha and she's a lovely person. We talked about how she is studying to get her advanced degree and why she chose to come to San Francisco. She's designed the menu in a way so that you'll be able to prepare authentic Thai food for any occasion.
