A cooking class with Chef Vedel features fresh ingredients from the market and the surrounding country side, stories and history to enliven each dish, and local wine and cheeses to round out the 4-6 dishes prepared. Each class is three hours of instruction/preparation followed by the feast of your labors.

All ingredients grow in our backyard, or nearby in this sun-drenched, beautiful region of France, fish is from a half hour away in the Mediterranean and cheese from nearby goats and sheep.

Itinerary and Inclusions:

Three hours of instruction, four to six delicious, local dishes, and enjoying the meal accompanied by local wines and cheeses. ( On Wednesdays or Saturdays, a morning market tour can be added for an additional cost).

Availability:

(10am-3pm or 5pm-10pm).
