I had a very delicious Ukrainian dinner at Evgenija's place. The drinks and 4 courses were an amazing, good and new taste to me. The appetizer with Ukrainian bacon, garlic and bread was a good start. The Borsch(Ukranian, not russian :), soup) was very tasty, especially adding fresh sour cream. The vareniki with potatoes and salted cherries suprised me again pleasantly! Really enough food for a hungry person. The desert was well presented and delicous course. The vodka was very good, strong, but a very good taste. Nothing compared to the brands you can buy in the shop here. It was really nice to get to know Evgenija and Tatyana, they are very dedicated hosts with a lot of Ukranian hospitality. Thanks you so much for this dinner and sharing information about yourselves and Ukraine!!! Highly recommended dinner!
