What could be better than sampling the freshest fish in the nation in which sushi was born? That fish can be enjoyed in only one place almost fresh off the boat – and that place is the world famous Tsukiji Fish Market in eastern Tokyo; the largest fish market on the planet and a place I know inside and out. Walk around the buzzing market as the dawn breaks and wrap it off with a sushi breakfast. This sushi will not be bettered.
