Cu Chi Tunnels + Meals

We had a great time exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels with Phuong. She is very nice and professional. Prior to the tour, she was super responsive via email to make arrangements and was very flexible with our scheduling needs. She met us at our hotel and walked with us to the bus. The logistical part of this trip could have been arranged a bit better. Phuong was very clear in her tour listing that we would be taking the public bus out to the tunnels, but little did we know that it would take nearly 3+ hours (1 way) via walking, 2-hour bus, 30-min bus, and more walking in the hot sun. And then the same thing in reverse order to get back to the city. With how much we were paying, arranging a car would have made more sense, as there were 3 of us. So Phuong, perhaps you can build this in as an option for further tours? But overall, I would recommend you working with Phuong to get an authentic taste of Saigon. She is very nice, smart, knowledgeable, and flexible. She's really on top of everything. Our tour was originally for 4 people, but we had 1 person cancel and she really went out of her way to refund us that money. Thanks for everything, Phuong! Take care and best of luck to you.
