Discover why the stars love the City by the Bay

You’ve seen them in classic movies such as "The Maltese Falcon" and "Dirty Harry," now you can find out where the stars spent their time on and off camera. During this walking tour through some of San Francisco’s most picturesque neighborhoods, you’ll be able to stand where some of your favorite celebrities have stood.

We’ll start in Nob Hill at the famous Fairmont Hotel where noted TV creator Aaron Spelling set the drama "Hotel." This affluent San Francisco neighborhood is where several Hollywood stars will stay when they are filming in the city. From here, we’ll make our way towards Chinatown. This area has served as a backdrop for notable films such as "The Pursuit of Happyness." It is also the place where Frank Sinatra was known to spend some of his time. We will then walk through North Beach, aka Little Italy, where we will see the church that was featured in "Dirty Harry" and served as the site of Joe DiMaggio’s wedding to his first wife. Finally, we will stop by the café where Francis Ford Coppola allegedly co-wrote much of the Oscar-winning screenplay for "The Godfather."

This tour will also show you where the stars like to eat. We'll take you past some venues frequented by the likes of Sean Penn. See first-hand why the stars love the city of San Francisco and grab some tasty bites along the way!

For: Anyone interested in seeing where the stars have shot in SF. Fun for the whole family. We will also deliver you to some great spots to the STARS eat at!

A great conversationalist

Ian is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person about San Francisco. He once showed me a picture of him with Tony Bennett--he's obviously got some cool stories to tell!
