On average, Americans eat 20 pounds of pasta each year—a third of what an Italian person eats. There's clearly some catching up to be done and Heather is here to help with the challenge. She learned the art of pasta making while living and farming in Italy and will teach you the trick in the comfort of your own home. You provide the space and company, she'll cover the rest. Once the noodles are made and the sauce is hot, feasting with friends is all that's left to be done.
