Sidewalk surfing is quintessentially Cali.
We will cruise the smooth campus hills of the University of California while being given an informal tour by a student. Depending on riders' ability we can take to the streets of Berkeley and get a little classic sidewalk surfing in as well. The tour is weather dependent, and will be postponed in the event of rain, as it is unsafe to skate on wet surfaces. I am happy to modify the tour to suit all levels of skate experience.
For: For anyone with a little skateboard experience and a lot of desire for a classic Cali good time!
Cost Includes:
3 and a half hours of guided longboarding around Berkeley.
Includes the use of a board as well as helmet.
As a bonus, I will supply the six pack of beer!

Surf the Sidewalk
Matthew has spent years long boarding to and from all his classes on UC Berkeley’s campus. As a result, his knowledge of all the smooth patches of tarmac, steep downgrades, and pleasant cruises is extensive. Spending hours with him “surfing the pavement” breeze past much too fast – especially with a couple beers.
