Fly off in a private jet to the Alaskan wilderness

We'll meet at my coffee shop, an oasis in the frozen tundra that was born out of love for good coffee and the inability to get it anywhere locally. We will fly over in a private jet to the west side of Cook Inlet to two places: the Chuitna River and Crescent Lake. Or if you wish the drive from Anchorage to the Kenai Peninsula is rated in top 10 scenic drives in the US by The Weather Channel, Frommers, etc.

Depending on the season, you'll be able to fish and/or fly fish for various types of salmon or trout, but the results will always be delicious and fresh. By Mid June, the Bears will be coming out of hibernation and will be very hungry. This means there is prime opportunity for bear viewing when we fly over to fish. We'll cook what we catch, and we'll dine together sharing great wine, stories, and company.
