Fresh food will have an entirely new meaning after visiting these 'Fresh' markets and enjoying a traditional Thai feast. You might catch a glimpse of the fisherman offloading their boats as we visit the fresh seafood market located on the seashore. Here we will be shopping for the largest king prawns, fresh fish and live crab to cook up for our meal. Our next stop will be an amazing fresh outdoor market were we will be selecting the most beautiful fruits and vegetables to accompany our meal. Here we will take a long walk through the market explaining all of the special, fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, curries and one-of-kind-foods, found no where else in the world.

Once our shopping has been completed, we will take quick drive to my house, were we will cook up an authentic Thai meal, complete with step by step teaching of how to prepare, cook and serve authentic Thai food. Each guest will then be presented with a special English written, Thai cookbook, so you can take your experience home with you, and learn to cook like a Thai Chef.
