Come to our beautiful eco-farm located in a countryside paradise on the slopes of Volcan Turrialba high in the Caribbean Highlands. You can do a variety of activities including horseback riding, hiking to waterfalls, tilapia fishing, cow milking, cheese making, touring the farm, working on the farm, tree planting, bird watching, cooking local foods, and more. You'll get to spend the night in our fabulous rustic and comfortable rooms, uniquely decorated with artwork and local woodworking.
For: People who are interested in where their food comes from, open to experiencing the countryside and local customs.
Cost Includes:
One night stay at the farm, 3 meals, snacks, all activities that you can fit into the time. Transportation to and from the farm is not included, but we can arrange a driver for you that will charge you a fair price.

Really amazing. Not kidding.
After going to the more touristy destinations in Costa Rica, I can definitely say that this is an experience you won't forget. Rick, who works on the farm, is so knowledgeable about permaculture and in tune with the spirit of the plants. Vivian and Efrain, who also live on the farm, are Costa Ricans born and bred, who love cooking authentic food and showing you around! I spent a week here expanding my city-girl boundaries doing everything from cliff jumping at waterfalls (yikes!) to getting in touch with nature to working with animals.
