Every Saturday, there are food flea markets in Brooklyn with over a hundred food vendors serving up delicious goods. There are many well-known chefs from iconic places in NYC that venture out to try their more experimental projects in a low-key setting. I'll help you navigate them and decipher what the different foods actually are in human terms. Even if we don't know what the food actually is, I'll at least provide moral support while you try things and help you badger the chefs.
