Toronto by Bike: City Bicycle Tour

with Anjum

Toronto is often called a city within a park, making it the perfect place to explore by bike.

Our bicycle tours are designed for small groups to see a different side of Toronto. We'll visit many of the city's must see sites, as well as some secret gems. Not a regular cyclist? No problem. Our tours primarily use bicycle lanes and paths and move at a leisurely pace (we'll cover about 20 km in 3-4 hours).

We'll provide a top end dutch bike, helmet (optional), lock, organic picnic and snacks.

Castles, Cherries and Chinatown (3-4 hours): We'll meet at Bathurst Station at 10 am and ride through historic neighbourhoods, abandoned railway lines, and ravine trails while visiting Castle Loma, the Brick Works, Harbourfront and Kensington Market. Along the way we'll stop for an organic picnic lunch at Cherry beach.

Your Insider

I've lived in Toronto my whole life and feel very lucky to it call home. In part, because its a city with an increasingly vibrant bike culture. I've cycled its streets for 30 years and in the process have learned a lot about our environment, history, communities, and cultures. Cycling, by far, is the fastest and funnest (I know its not a real word but I like alliteration) way to get around the city. I hope you'll let me share my favourite spots and stories with you.
