Seattle Urban Winery Tour

Did you know that Washington state produces more wine than any other state not named California? Welp, it is true. Washington state consistently produces some killer Cabernets, Merlots, Rieslings and many others varietals, that are receiving 90-95+scores.

These wineries producing these delicious wines are being made in unique warehouse spaces in and around the Seattle area. They are outstanding values relative to that of Napa/Sonoma, with bottles $15-$35 compared to $45-$150 of Napa.

I will drive your party of 2-4 people to 3-6 of these wineries (whose winemakers I know from my time as an assistant winemaker) over a period of 2-3 hours. We will talk to the winemakers about barrel aging, grape varieties, flavor profiles, fermentation, special vintages, vineyard practices, and the art and science of it all. You will taste 3-5 different wines from each winery, plus be able to take 1 or 12 bottles home.

My Story in The Wine Trade-
Since I was a teenager, I began learning about wine from my father, who co-founded OS Winery in 1997. Through tasting AAAAALOT of wine, I developed the "4 S's"( Sight, Smell, Sip,and Spitting. The fifth S ( swallow) I was instructed not to do.
I am here to help you develop these skills in a fun, and playful manner.
Extra notes- I have completed college certificates in Winemaking, and have just recently traveled to New Zealand, as well as Germany to make wine and work in a vineyard.
