Sharing Maui's Agricultural Beauty
Author and artist Marilyn Jansen Lopes and her local boy husband take you on a Private personalized Up-Country Farm Tour of beautiful Maui's Senic Ho`okipa, Pineapple Country, Maui's Winery, Ulupalakua Ranch, The Lavender Farm and Surfing Goat Dairy. We picnic under one hundred and fifty year old trees at Maui's Winery and take a breath of fresh cool mountain air as we step back in time to a feeling of old Maui. We have tea and scones at the Lavender farm before our walking tour of the lavender and proteas and scented herbs, then we head to Surfing Goat dairy to feed the goats and get a tour of the cheese making process then sample a flight of gourmet cheese. I photograph it all and create a digital postcard for each guest plus they receive a set of my three Amaryllis of Hawaii books to remember the Maui experience. It's a taste of Maui.
