See how olives have been cultivated for centuries
In the sunny hills above the Mediterranean, you'll visit a working olive grove and learn about caring for olive trees, building dry stone walls, protecting the Ligurian ecosystem, and making Ligurian olive oil - the finest in Italy. In season (October-January), we'll take you to the local olive press to see it all in action too. A half-liter bottle of our own extra-virgin olive oil is thrown in for each participant to take back home.
