Having hard time deciding when and where to go and what to eat to make the most out of your tasty experience in Seoul?

Whether vegan or not, Seoul is a great place to explore delicious vegan treats. Though current Korean food seems to be centered around meat, traditional Korean food are veggie centered and Temple Cuisine is a must to try. You can fully experience most authentic Korean food (and international as well) while making conscious choices to feel healthier, lighter, ethical and compassionate.

Though it is a hidden gem for vegan food, with the language barrier and still low perception of what vegetarian/veganism is, it is quite tricky to find right places and menu. Even finding vegan bread, ice cream and pasta can be hard.

Let's explore some of the best vegan treats of the city starting from lunch till late afternoon selected by totally personal and biased experience. Trying temple cuisine, street foods, and shopping for vegan goodies (seaweed for your sushi at home?) along with the tips on how to eat and shop vegan in Korea will be a lot of fun!
