William showed me around Montmartre and some of the Marais. He had planned for us to take a bike tour around the neighborhoods, but was flexible when I told him I would rather we walk and take the metro. He was very helpful in answering my questions about Paris...using the metro, tipping etiquette at a cafe, etc. William was very knowledgeable about the history of the areas and monuments we explored...sharing interesting anecdotes and answering my questions. He's very knowledgeable, flexible, friendly, and has a nice sense of humor. Great qualities in a tour guide! Highly recommend!

We booked a customized tour of Paris and Versailles for my parents and relatives (6 ppl for 2.5 days) with William and they had an absolutely wonderful time learning and exploring the city. From the beginning William was responsive and attentive. Initially we had many concerns (it was everyone’s first time in Paris) but William quickly assured us with numerous suggestions and created a tailored detailed itinerary that perfectly suited my family. William was very knowledgeable (fluent English) and energetic (guiding 6 elderly takes more energy that you think), and patient. My family was extremely pleased that I arranged this tour with William and highly recommends that I book a tour the next time I visit Paris!

Had a great day with William in Paris! A definite must while visiting. I really enjoyed the customized tour and was very impressed with the amount of knowledge he had! You will definitely learn a lot about the history and culture of Paris! Wouldn't have been able to seen half the things I did if hadn't booked! Had requested a nice mix of the tourist areas as well as off the beaten path and that's exactly what I received! If you have limited time or only plan on booking one tour, make sure this one is on the top your list!

We had a wonderful day touring Paris with William! He listened to our interests and took us all over the city, including museums, churches and various neighborhoods. He is very knowlegable of French history and the City of Paris and we learned a lot. Myself, my husband and my twin 14 year old children all really liked William and had a great day. He found us a fun and authentic restaurant for lunch that we all enjoyed. I would highly recommend William for a tour guide when traveling in Paris!

We had a great experience with Wills on our recent trip to Paris. We were fresh off the plane and had requested that he lead us on walking tour to help us acclimate to our neighborhood (Marais) and see some of the big sights. He created a great evening for us- sharing some of the history of Paris and showing us spots for great food, shopping, and more. He was very knowledgeable and affable. His English was fantastic and he helped us feel more comfortable and confident for the rest of our stay.

I visited Paris with a friend for 2 days. On the first day we already saw all these typical tourist things and so we asked William for some special places in Paris. We had wonderful 4 hours! He had a great knowledge about the history of Paris and was open minded to all our suggestions. We really appreciated his flexibility and the fun he had while talking about all these wonderful places. We can really recommend William as an amazing tour guide. You will have lots of fun!

We contacted William about a trip to Reims to visit some of the Champagne houses. Not only did he customize the tour to our wants and needs, but he was so accommodating! He not only picked us up in Paris and drove us to Reims, but he also dropped us back off at the end of the day at the place we were staying. He is VERY knowledgeable about the Reims region as well as the process of making champagne. He is super friendly and very easy to talk to- we all thoroughly enjoyed our day with him and HIGHLY recommend having him provide you with a tour as well! We had the pleasure of spending a very long and wonderful day in Paris with William in July 2013. It was easily the highlight of our trip to France. William was fantastic with our two teenagers and was able to easily switch from light conversation with them to fascinating discussions of French culture, politics and history. All of this while combing almost every part of Paris on foot, bike and tube: from the Champs-Elysees to Le Marais to Montmartre. Thanks to William we have a lifetime of wonderful memories from the City of Light. We would not hesitate to recommend him and to hopefully meet him again when we return.
