We had a nice time on our tour of Cinque Terre with Emilia. She and Luca picked us up at our apartment in Lucca. We did not realize we'd be touring with others, but it worked out nicely since they all spoke English, and were very nice. Our van ride to Riomaggiore was quick and scenic. The boat ride connections to the other towns were a bit crowded, but understandable while traveling in the middle of July. Emilia was attentive and very knowledgeable, but allowed us our own time to tour as well. I would definitely recommend this tour, but be aware that this is part of a larger organized tour group, so inquire ahead if you're expecting a private tour.
