Joe B.

Joe has been engaged in aid and development work since 1954. He went to Africa straight from college and served there for many years. He was honored for his aid work at a dinner in the House of Lords, London. In 2001, he retired to Costa Rica, but "un-retired" in 2008 to start Operation Safe Drinking Water at age 71, He still personally helps install all rain catchment tanks, even those in villages high up in the mountains.
