I am one of Florida's legendary gator trappers. In 1994, I developed Alligator Bob's Gourmet Alligator Meat Snacks so that visitors would have the opportunity to taste Florida's other meat. I started offering eco tours to connect visitors with the beautiful nature of Florida.
