Let me introduce you to the bountiful selection of noodle dishes in Vietnam. During our tour, I will teach you about the different types of noodle dishes offered here in Vietnam. I will show you the different signs and what to look for so that you can continue your journey recognizing what noodle dishes each restaurant or food stall offers. I will teach you how to order, what to ask for so that you will be prepared to venture out on your own. Bring questions and your camera because the noodle dishes are not just delicious, but beautiful to the eye too!
Do you have a gluten allergy? Vegetarian? Adventurous? During our tour, I will take you to multiple noodle shops. I have chosen a location known for its cuisine. You will be able to choose from the normal rice noodle dishes like "pho" to more adventurous dishes such as "bun moc". For those who have gluten tolerance or allergy issues, only rice noodles for y'all, maybe even mung bean noodles, and no soy sauces! But for the hearty eater you can also choose egg noodles with dozens of options- fried duck, shrimp dumplings, stir-fried noodles and more! I have spent the time sampling all the best noodle stalls and shops so can answer any questions as well as guide you to what your stomach desires. We will enjoy noodle bowls at a minimum of 2 noodle shops, so bring your appetite!
On my "oodles of noodles" tour, we can eat at more than one until you have sampled enough to make any foodie envious. I was once a naive tourist so I know what to show you so you lose that fear of going out and choosing a good place to eat. My tours are more casual and designed to educate you on the Vietnamese culture and cuisine. Ask as many questions as you'd like.
