Come with me on a visit to one of the Asian side's more authentic and reasonably-priced Turkish hamams (bath). One is in Uskudar (Cinili) it dates back to 1640 and has the old school feel for sure. Another is in Kadikoy (Aziziye); a little bit modern, but a great place to feel the cleanest you've ever felt. Before or after the hamam, we'll meet up and eat, have tea, and do a bit or touring around the Asian side. I will take you to one of the best walks in Istanbul!
We're an American and Serbian married couple, living in Istanbul. I (Derek) am an English teacher, giving tours to visitors from time to time and my wife (Milena) is studying engineering.
