We offer a weekly walking tour that will offer residents and tourists a behind-the-scenes look at the world class food establishments that highlight Hoboken's Italian heritage. The tour focuses on smaller family owned businesses where everything is still made in the back by hand and where you have a good chance of running into the owner. Unlike the New York City food tours given in Little Italy or the Lower East Side I think people will find this tour to be a more authentic experience.
