The Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area is known to be one of the crown jewels of the state of Oregon (and Washington too!). The most famous feature is Multnomah Falls, the second highest waterfall (620 feet) in the United States. There are 77 waterfalls on the Oregon side alone!
This experience is for those with a little more adventure in their heart than the average sightseer. We'll take the better part of a day doing some hiking in the Columbia Gorge. Expect to see numerous waterfalls, streams, wildflowers (when in season) and other flora/fauna of the area.
This experience will be catered to your needs and desires. I can't wait to share with you some of my favorite hiking trails!
Transportation to/from the Columbia River Gorge. (I'll pick your group up and drop your group off at your hotel)
Hiking on trail(s) of your choice for up to six hours. (You'll need to get in contact with me before booking to discuss your fitness level, experience level, and what kinds of hikes you are interested in. I'll cater each experience to your group.)
Lunch. (I'll contact you ahead of time to find out what dietary needs you have, and will provide a basic hiker lunch for each person)

I can direct you to the best coffee shops, brewpubs, and distilleries. Restaurants "off the radar" are my specialty and I can help you find alternatives to the more popular restaurants. I'm an avid outdoorswoman, so if you want to hike or backpack I can tell you the best trails. I can also arrange to meet you at a trailhead and we can go for a hike or backpack together. If you're interested in some tax-free shopping at the many outdoor retailers in town (REI, Mont-Bell, Snow Peak, Icebreaker, Columbia, Mountain Hardwear and more), I can take you shopping and assist you with gear selection.
