Just because Vegas' 1990s experiment as a family theme park failed doesn't mean this city isn't family friendly. In fact, barring the occasional East Coast v West Coast rapper shoot out, this town is surprisingly safe and pretty kid friendly. If the little tykes ask nicely they may get hooker cards from all the creepy guys on the Strip and collect the whole set!

Good for Kids

Before 1am, the Strip is pretty safe. The Fremont Street canopy plays regular animations and there are numerous stages hosting free shows. The Discovery Children's Museum has more than 100 interactive exhibits devoted to science, the arts and technology.
