My passion for crepes began when I was a little girl. I would always watched my grand-mother in the kitchen flipping the crepes in the pan. I asked her every single time if I could do it but she said that I had to wait until I was tall enough to reach the pan. So the years passed, I got taller...and my grand-mother passed it on to me. My goal is to make crepes the new dish of California! Everyone should try it, love it, get addicted to it! And please! Always come back to me to try another. I always make my crepes to order so you can taste the freshness of every organic ingredient.

I had Laetitia set up a pop up crepe shop at two events that I was hosting, and it was amazing! I didn't have to do anything except for provide two plugs and a table for her to work on. Her dazzling personality kept the guests happy and her made-from-scratch crepes stole the show. You should definitely try the eggy savory one with secret sauce and the strawberry/Nutella dessert crepe! Would hire at every event and adopt her as my personal crepe maker if I could.

We hired the Crepe Madame for something a little different than your everyday catering for a corporate party...and we got so much more than expected. Laetitia is super fun, friendly and very efficient in what she does. And the freshly made crepes (both sweet and savory) were custom made for each person in our group and they were "fabulous"! Everyone had a terrific time and thoroughly enjoyed it. We are just looking for another excuse to hire her again!
