On average, Americans eat 20 pounds of pasta each year—a third of what an Italian person eats. There's clearly some catching up to be done and Heather is here to help with the challenge. She learned the art of pasta making while living and farming in Italy and will teach you the trick in the comfort of your own home. You provide the space and company, she'll cover the rest. Once the noodles are made and the sauce is hot, feasting with friends is all that's left to be done.

Heather's pasta making class was awesome! I got her to host my housewarming, and you want someone to think about the details that you don't even think to consider. She was that person! Super organized, a breeze to work with, and the food was delicious. Eggy, buttery pasta like I like it.

Heather was great. We made butternut squash ravioli from scratch and drank prosecco and learned about all things pasta. It was hands on and lots of fun.

I agree with Rachel 100 percent. Heather showed up at our house on time and was ready to rock our world. Within a half hour we were in the throes of pasta making that included backing the fresh butternut squash that went into our ravioli. The night struck the right balance between being educational, fun, and offering some really yummy food. I really liked the care Heather showed in bringing all of us together to have fun and make food that was healthful and delicious. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Heather came over with her pasta-making equipment and supplies and we spent a totally fun time making butternut squash ravioli. Heather's instruction was straight-forward, professional and easy to follow. I now realize I can actually make pasta!! The ravioli looked so professional and tasted amazing. Wow! Heather told us really interesting stories about her time in Italy and how pasta-making and eating are viewed there. It was a great time and I highly recommend it.
