Stuff your face the classy way on stuffed squash, bison, and homemade peach cobbler…or whatever other farmer’s market finds you decide to make a meal of. Sheila will introduce you to the farmers themselves, giving you an insider’s look at local ingredients before picking your goods and making a 4-course meal of it yourself.
Itinerary
Start at the farmer’s market at 10:30am on a Saturday. Work your way through the vendor stalls, learning about their goods. Then stroll along the water and enjoy some craft beer before heading to Sheila’s to learn the tricks and trades of creating a fabulous 4-course meal. Your stomach will be full and your mother will be proud.
