This is a light hike to the gorgeous hidden coastline beach underneath golden gate bridge in Marin headland, in man vs. wild bear grylls style.
Have you ever wondered what is "down" there at the foothill of Golden gate bridge's north gate? It turns out to be rugged terrain leading to a gorgeous beach that is half an mile from it, with amazing picturesque view every step of the way. You will find the beach a perfect place for a few mins meditation or yoga post.
We will carpool to marine headland, descend in a bit of man v.s. wild style on narrow trails w/ abandoned bunkers fm turn of 19/20 century, Please wear comfortable pants and hiking shoes as the trails can get slippery. The first part of trails is narrow and slippery with lots of vegetations, the 2nd half is a paved trail to the beach head, winding through a huge camp ground with eucalyptus trees.
