A few years ago, I started doing a few "Tours de Taco." I was even voted as the East Bay Express' "Best Bike Tour" back in 2010—then I moved to Germany for two years. (Serious! See: http://bit.ly/ZszktY)
Come ride with me from a downtown Oakland BART station to East Oakland, and I'll show you three of my favorite taco spots. We'll sample different styles, (I'll teach you some taco truck Spanish too, if you like!), and we'll wrap up near Fruitvale BART at the best ice cream place you've never heard of. The ride itself is pretty easy.
Bring: $10-$15 cash for food (depending how hungry you are), and a bike (duh).
"I'm just a guy that likes to ride bikes and eat tacos!"
