I have cooked, served, managed and bartended in over 20 bars and restaurants around the country over the last 27 years. Since 2003, I have owned and operated one of the oldest saloons in San Francisco, Elixir, which has won numerous accolades including multiple "Best Bars in America" listings in national media outlets. My personal accolades include 2009 Rising Star and 2010 Bartender of the Year Awards.
