Since 2003, I have owned and operated one of the oldest saloons in San Francisco, Elixir, which has won numerous accolades including multiple "Best Bars in America" listings in national media outlets. My personal accolades include 2009 Rising Star and 2010 Bartender of the Year Awards. My consultancy business, Cocktail Ambassadors, serves clients in product and brand development, event execution and both trade and consumer education.
