Zivio./Hi, my name is Vesna. I am the last generation of Tito's pioneers born in 1982. I come from a small village in Lower Soča valley. I grew up here in a family house surrounded by forest. My parents are still living here. We have a priceless red car from 1989 and a lovely garden. Since I was 16, I have been traveling, discovering new places, trying different food and local specialities. At the Faculty of Arts I studied history and sociology of culture. I gratuated with a thesis „Backpacking as a new phenomenon of nomadism“. Given that I've visited so many countries, I decided to start writing travelogue articles about my travellings. I like to discover the countryside, take photos of local products, people and nature, learn about traditional farm chores and meet extremely hospitable people. Being a local myself I have a local knowledge and I am familiar with herbs, local products and unknown festivals in the region. Full profile ⋅ Leave a Review
