For outdoor lovers looking to get out of the city for a day, we'll meet in San Francisco, get some delicious sandwiches and head across the Golden Gate Bridge and out through beautiful West Marin county to Point Reyes National Seashore where we'll hike 8.5 miles round-trip to Alamere Falls, a gorgeous falls off a cliff onto the beach at the Pacific Ocean. Last part of the hike is on an un-maintained trail that has Poison Oak present so only sign on if prepared for distance and difficulty.
Swimming optional at Bass Lake, halfway to destination. If you'd like to hike somewhere else in Pt. Reyes I am familiar with the area and will be happy to take you there.
You will buy your own lunch, fee is for drive to trailhead in my car and guide along the hiking trail with option for birdwatching, which is one of my hobbies. I will bring first aid kit and am certified Wilderness First Responder but not responsible for any injuries.
I am a young adult living in San Francisco, love eating, hiking, running, birdwatching. Full profile ⋅ Leave a Review
