With this short but intensive 1 hour tour, I’ll show you some of the best bakeries in Paris. I’ll explain the secrets of bread and give some historical keys to understand it easily. I’ll tell you how to recognize good bread and authentic croissant.
And of course we’ll have some bread & viennoiseries together !
At the end of the tour, you will know why bread is so important for us, French people !
