Experience a friendly but professional Gelato making class in one of the best Gelaterias of Rome.
Learn how to make artisanal gelato from the base to a step by step process in which you'll be a chef, not a spectator.
First you'll be introduced into the world of Gelato, learning the importance of choosing quality ingredients with an eye to fresh fruit and organically producted food.
Then you'll be provided by an apron and ready to make , with your hands, the base for your gelato.
This lesson will take 1 hour approx and will be taken in a authentic laboratory of a real Gelato shop owned by a Roman family that makes incredible gelato since the 50's.
Our Chefs will teach you how the gelato machines works and the differences with the home gelato machine.
At the end of the lesson you'll have samples of Gelato , especially your creations, and you'll receive the recipes to make gelato again when back home.
