Technical Lead
Requirements:
- Show us that you’ve built, tested, optimized and scaled Ruby on Rails applications.
- Proficiency with most of the following: RESTful APIs, JSON, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, Google Maps API, HAML/SASS, CSS/SCSS, MySQL/Postgres, Heroku, Memcache, DJ, Redis, Git and state machines.
- Experience integrating external services and partners.
- Deep sense of product and design.
- Capable of moving fast and shipping often.
- Enjoy finding clever and elegant solutions to complex business issues that don't always involve writing code.
- Management experience isn't necessary, but you should believe you can build and manage a technical team.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and/or AI.
- Familiar with systems related to payments, fraud, reputation tracking, or APIs.
- Large equity stake.

Writing Intern
We are looking for great writers all over the world to help us develop content on the site and write for our blog, newsletters and marketing material.
Locations: San Francisco and our key cities
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our community and marketing teams to create outstanding content for the site and blog.
- Copywriting for creative/marketing material
Requirements:
- Prior writing experience (published or unpublished OK)
- Passion for telling great stories
- You work well in a collaborative environment and enjoy taking ownership over projects.
