This tour gives you a thorough understanding of the evolution and fast-paced change of this city, as we cover experiences from the most modest to the highest end.

Itinerary

Pick up at downtown hotel.

1. Walk through some local, traditional, picturesque, (and quickly disappearing) Shanghai neighborhoods, enjoying local dishes and some delicious (and safe) street vendor snacks along the way, traveling by public transportation as necessary.

2. Walk alongside the neighborhoods of Xintiandi and The Bund to discover how old and new have intertwined.

3. End in high-style catching a fancy Shanghainese bite with a view of it all from one of Shanghai’s revolving restaurants.
