Scenic Hiking Trail of Jiankou Greatwall

Jiankou Great Wall located in the Huairou District 73 km north of Beijing. The Jiankou section of the Great Wall of China is located between the Mutianyu--ten kilometers to the east—and the Moshikou sections of the Great Wall of China. The Jiankou section of the wall was constructed in 1368 during the period of the Ming Dynasty. It is made of large white rocks which can be seen from a great distance. Jiankou retains its original appearance since its construction, and is an ideal place for adventurous and experienced hikers and photographers.
Dingling (literally "Tomb of Stability"), one of the tombs at the Ming Dynasty Tombs site, is the tomb of the Wanli Emperor. It is the only one of the Ming Dynasty Tombs to have been excavated.

Pick up from your hotel around 8:00am. Transfer to Jiankou Great Wall by car(approximate travelling time:2hours), hiking at the great wall will lasts for about 2hours. Lunch in a special characteristic restaurant. In the afternoon transfer to Dingling Tomb area by car to see the imperial burial ground for the emperors in Ming dynasty. Visit a local Jade Museum to see the local handicraft works. Return to your hotel.
