Panda House:
The Beijing Zoo is best known for its collection of rare animals endemic to China including the Giant Pandas, which are zoo's most popular animals, the golden snub-nosed monkey, South China Tiger, white-lipped deer, Pere David's Deer, crested ibis, Chinese Alligator and the Chinese Giant Salamander. The Beijing Zoo has 13 of the world's 15 species of cranes.

Lama Temple:
Lama Temple (Yonghe Temple; Yonghe Lamasery) is the largest and best-preserved lamasery in Beijing. It was built in 1694 during the Qing Dynasty (1644to1911) as the residence of the Emperor Yongzheng (the third emperor of the Qing Dynasty) before he ascended the throne. In the year 1744, the residence was completely converted into a lamasery.

Pick up from your hotel lobby at around 8:30am. Transfer to beijing Zoo(1.5hours) by car you can see the famous Giant Pandas, but there are many other interesting animals to see, including the Red Panda, Sichuan golden monkey, Manchurian tigers, yaks from Tibet, enormous sea turtles, Indian elephants, and zebras and giraffes from Africa. Beijing Zoo now houses over 10,000 animals of 800 different species.Then tour arround Lama Temple(1hour) and Confucian Temple(1.5hours).

Lunch at a special characteristic restaurant.

In the afternoon transfer to Shichahai area behind Beihai park for sightseeing(1hour), then take rickshaw going around the deep Hutong in Shichahai area, visiting an ordinary family in a courtyard. Then ascend the Drum tower and have a panoramic view of the old Beijing - Shichahai area(1hour). Finally walk from Drum Tower to Nanluoguxiang(1hour), a lane or hutong with a history of over 700 years dating back to Yuan Dyansty in 13th and 14th century. Running from north to south, the lane is now famous for the cafes and bars and clothing and handcraft shops that line its hutong laneways as well as its traditional hutong and courtyards. Your can choice enjoy your cup of coffee or beer while listening to a cultural briefing by your guide(1hour).

Transfer back to your hotel.
