Badachu Park and Summer Palace Day Tour

BaDaChu Park is comprised of eight historic sites: Buddhist temples and nunneries, some still active, that are nestled in three mountain slopes in the Western Fragrant Hills.

The Summer Palace has three main sections including the political active region, living section and visiting area. The serious and imperatorial Renshou Hall is the representative of the political area in Summer Palace.The palace features hundreds of architecturally distinct buildings, halls, pavilions, pagodas, bridges and corridors dispersed among magnificent and elegant gardens.

Pick up from your hotel around 9:00am. Transfer to Badachu Park by car. There are a total of eight former Buddhist temples and monasteries in the park. These are the Temple of Eternal Peace (Chang'ansi), the Temple of Divine Light (Lingguangsi), Three-hill Nunnery (Sanshan'an), the Temple of Great Mercy (Dabeisi), Dragon Spring Nunnery (Longquan'an), the Temple of Fragrant World (Xiangjiesi), The Cave of Precious Pearl (Baozhudong), and Zhengguo Temple.
Lunch in a special characteristic restaurant.
After seeing the red leaves, move on to the Summer Palace, it used to be the imperial garden, now it is a public park. After the tour, drive back to the hotel.
