The most attended trail leading here starts at Barra da Tijuca (Barrinha) and it has an accentuated slope, and it can be a bit physically demanding. Other than that, it has several obstacles along the way, such as slippery terrains and the transposition of rocks. As last challenge, there is a small rock that can be climbed to get to the top of it. The equipments we´ll need are all included. This is considered by many the best view of the town, the head of the Gávea´s Stone bears an undescribable view of the Rio´s beauty, an amazing reward for those who get up there.
