After the process of pacifying the communities of Rio de Janeiro, some of them became places that you must visit when you are at the Marvelous City. The German´s Complex is set of 8 communities of Rio that is connected by a cable car system that has 6 diferent stations.

The German´s Complex Cable Car System was created to transport 10 people on each cable car, with a total of 152 cable cars. This scenario is being used to shoot Brazilian soap operas, movies and documentaries , being the newest must seen point of Rio.

Itinerary

At this tour, you´ll be able to contemplate Rio de Janeiro from a different point of view. Reaching to the last Cable Car Station, you´ll have an amazing view of the North Side and Guanabara Bay, learning the history and curiosities of this area.

We will also visit the famous Nossa Senhora da Penha Church, traditional catholic sanctuary located at the neighborhood of Penha. Built in 1635 at the top of a hill, it has 385 steps carved in the stone and a cable car with the capacity to transport 500 people per hour, for free.
