Itinerary

This trail is inside a Municipal Park, The Prainha´s Park, that was created in 1999 by a demmand of surfers and atendees of this area who motioned against the plans to build condos in that region. It’s area is limited by the coast of Prainha and Caeté´s Hill, Boa Vista and Pedra dos Cabritos. This overlook is acessed by a trail and provides a great view of West Side of Rio. The Wood deck is ideal for the practice of yoga, relaxing and contemplation 110 feet above sea level. The trail that runs through the rainforest bears a few rises and falls, it’s protected from the sun – except for the overlook itself – and has obstacles as rocks and roots. By the end of the hike we will go to Grumari, right beside the Prainha´s Park, to relax at this amazing wild beach.

Pick up and drop out by car included.
